Premium full bathroom renovations and thoughtful improvements to the wider home, across inner Melbourne and bayside.
Discuss your renovation
A complete internal renovation, brought together through warm materials, considered planning and continuity of detail.
TYP brings a considered approach to residential renovation. We start with the way you use your home, then look at how layout, materials and finishing details can work together.
Behind the studio is Deniz, whose background in tile and stone installation shapes an attention to the details you notice every day.
Start with one space, or tell us about the wider plan for your home.
A considered bathroom begins with the room as a whole: how it functions, the materials you enjoy and the details that bring everything together. Tell us what works today and what you would like to change.
Discuss your bathroomIf your bathroom is part of a bigger picture, share it with us. From adjoining spaces to broader improvements, we can discuss your priorities and the scope TYP can take on.
Discuss your home
We begin with your brief, the existing space and the way you want to live. A clear starting point gives the project direction.
Layout, material relationships and finishing choices are considered together, rather than as isolated decisions.
Discuss the scope, priorities and next steps early. We value straightforward communication throughout the renovation.
Heritage character. Contemporary clarity. Spaces with warmth and a sense of belonging.
We're drawn to the conversation between Melbourne's architectural character and the way we live today. Warm stone, deep timber, soft ivory and natural light form part of that visual world.
These images explore our design direction. They are concepts, rather than a portfolio of completed TYP projects.
